It is crazy to think that the Eagles are planning on moving on from Nick Foles after this season, but it seems that they have no choice. Foles is on course to receive a whooping $20 from Philly next year. Carson Wentz is set to get just less than half of that figure next year, and is representing the future of the franchise. It is highly likely that the Eagles will put Foles up for trade in a quarterback market that always has desperate buyers and traders.

Philadelphia will receive respectable offers this offseason for Foles due to a couple reasons. The free agency pool is very shallow in its quarterback selection, with Teddy Bridgewater and Tyrod Taylor looking like the best players available. Nick Foles offers more value than any of the free agents that will be available this offseason, as well as represent a player that would be an improvement for many teams in the league. Teams like the Redskins and Jaguars will be calling out for a winner like Foles. The Redskins have just lost veteran Alex Smith, and Nick Foles would be a perfect replacement. Foles will know the NFC and the east division that his Eagles play in. Look for the Skins to be a big time player in the race to acquire Foles.

With his performance this year on top of his amazing accomplishments last season, teams that need a quarterback should be considering Foles as one of the more valuable players at his position that are available for a move. The guy replaced an injured Carson Wentz last season, and took the Eagles to and through the playoffs, going 6-1 in the regular season and 3-0 in the postseason in 2017. He comes back this year, and has done almost the exact same thing. Foles is 5-1 in 6 starts this season, and is 1-0 in the playoffs so far.

Regardless of what happens this weekend, Nick Foles will be on the radar of a number of teams this off season, with draft picks and young defensive talent being on the Philly wishlist in return for Foles.
