Wow. Who saw this one coming? The Giants and Browns have agreed to a trade that sends Odell Beckham to Cleveland. Odell Beckham Jr. has been hesitant in committing long term to the Giants, resulting in Giants organization shopping the wide receiver around. The Browns tabled the most attractive offer to the Giants. The trade in its entirety is listed below.

Baker Mayfield will have a new favorite target for the 2019-20 season. Odell Beckham Jr. has been productive since day one in the NFL. In his five seasons in the league, Beckham has put up monster numbers, catching 390 passes for 5,476 yards and 44 touchdowns. Each season that Odell has stayed healthy, he has had 1,000+ receiving yards, hitting the century mark in four of his five seasons.

Odell Beckham Jr. joins an exciting up-and-coming offense in Cleveland. Odell joins Jarvis Landry, Nick Chubb, and Baker Mayfield as young , impactful talent on the Browns. With this lineup on offensive combined with the high level defense in Cleveland, the Browns are suddenly being considered as one of the strongest, most exciting teams in the NFL.


The Giants get a decent return for their star wide out. Just a day after former Giants safety Landon Collins signed with the Redskins, New York found his replacement, acquiring Jabrill Peppers. Peppers recorded 79 tackles last season, and will likely slide directly into the starting strong safety role next season.
